factor #4 - Not eating at all
This is another reason why
dieting doesn’t work for everybody. In fact it increases the
amount of belly fats rather than reducing it. Why is that so?
It is because every time you are in extreme hunger, your body
will used up the carbohydrate and starts to use your body
fats.
At first it will be good as
your body fats percentage will be reduced slightly. But your
body will give out a signal that says “There are no foods
coming in for very long, lets hold some fats for energy”. So
when the body gives out this signal, the body will react by
slowing down your metabolism which eventually gain belly fats
more than losing it.
My suggestion here is that you
eat light for at least 6 times a day.
Example:
Morning – A glass of
milk
Late Morning – A portion of
fruits (an apple or 10 grapes)
Noon – Ham sandwich with
water
Afternoon – 2 piece of
biscuit.
Tea time – A banana or
two
Dinner – Seafood salad with a
glass of apple juice

I believe that most of us had
heard of bulging beer belly. So why excess beer or alcohol will
cause you to have beer belly? This is because beer contains
high empty calories that can be converted into fats. Normally a
glass of beer contains 149 calories, so when you are having a
night out, you will normally drink more than 1 glass. Thus this
adds up the calories intake.
Another impact for having
excess beer is that you will get hungrier thus this makes up
eat up more snacks while drinking. This further increases your
calories intake which causes your belly fats to appear faster.
One other negative impact is that when you have excess beer,
you will feel lethargic and tired; this leads to overall
inactivity which means that you burn lesser calories compared
to normal day. The lesser calories we burn, the more those
calories will accumulate to fats. So your beer belly will
appear very soon.
One suggestion is cut down on
your beer consumption. Realize the effect of excess beer that
causes your lifestyle. Make the adjustment into your lifestyle
by cutting your beer drinking. Make effort to stop drinking
after the second glass for each night out.

There are a lot of reasons why
metabolism rate is the cause of belly fats. One of the reasons
is discussed above; dieting. Other reasons include getting
older, insufficient sleep and lack of exercises. Any of the

rate. Once our metabolism rate slows down, our body does not
need as much energy to supplement daily activities. Thus the
excess amount of energy will be converted to fats and store in
our body, especially at the belly fats area.
These are some of the factors
that causes belly fat. However the main reason is still lack of

can do now is to find out what is the cause of your belly fat
