Cool down jog and stretching - 10
minutes
4) Execute every thing
that you plan and stick to it for at least 1
month
After planning, it’s time to
execute through actions. A plan without action is equivalent to
no plan. You will not find yourself losing weight if no actions
were taken.
5) Review what you
have achieved
After following the 30 days boot
camp, review what you have achieved.
- Did you achieve your
goals?
- Are you feeling healthier and

- How much weight did you
lose?
- Are you satisfied with

- Any other questions
