Quickest Way To Lose Weight Method 5 - Integration of all methods
This is not exactly a method, but an integration of the above 4 methods I recommend. This can be the most important area for success weight loss. Knowing each individual method will boost your weight loss tremendously.

But with integration of the methods, you will see yourself getting a toned body without realizing it. Planning your training program is the most important. In order for you to lose weight quickly, you need to plan your daily routine and execute it with determination.

1) You need to know what you aim to achieve using method 1
You can plan by writing down what you want to remove from your body. Example: “I want to remove my belly fats by an inch within 2 weeks” or “I want to lose 15 pounds of fats in a month” etc.

2) Plan a 30-day workout program that makes you no excuse to miss using method 2
Here you need to look forward and plan out your workout schedule for a month ahead. Slot in 1 hour a day, 5 days a week specifically for exercising. I am sure you will have work commitment everyday but all you need is slotting in1-hour of workout either before or after your work. Make it as part of your daily routine.

3) Plan your daily workout routine using method 3 and 4
As you already set 1 hour of training everyday, you need to plan what you are going to achieve that session. An example of a daily routine could be as follow:

Warm up jog and stretching - 5 minutes
Strength training - Leg - Dumbbell Squat 3 sets of 15 reps - 10 minutes
Strength training - Back - Upright row 3 sets of 12 reps - 10 minutes
High intensity interval - Sprint 30 seconds follow by jog 60 seconds X 6 - 15 minutes
Strength training - Abs - Reverse crunch 3 sets of 15 reps - 10 minutes
Cool down jog and stretching - 10 minutes

4) Execute every thing that you plan and stick to it for at least 1 month
After planning, it’s time to execute through actions. A plan without action is equivalent to no plan. You will not find yourself losing weight if no actions were taken.

5) Review what you have achieved
After following the 30 days boot camp, review what you have achieved.
- Did you achieve your goals?
- Are you feeling healthier and fitter?
- How much weight did you lose?
- Are you satisfied with yourself?
- Any other questions

If you did not achieve your goals, do not give up. Persevere and find out what prevents you from achieving it. It can be other factors like not having a healthy diet, over stress and other health issues.
