How to loss fat fast method #2 – Eat more with
healthy balance diet I mention during the previous part that
you should not starve yourself. This is because it not
only reduces your metabolism rate but also store more fats
in your body. So in order to increase your metabolism rate
for faster fat burning, you should eat more!
What I am
saying about eat more is not eat as much as you want; here I am
saying that you should eat more frequently with a smaller
portion per meal. The aim of this method is to prevent any
hunger from happening and increase your metabolism at the same
time. The optimal number of meals consume should be around
6.
However in
order for this to work, you have to follow a healthy balance
diet. You can eat whatever you want, but you must make sure
that you include at least 1 portion each of fruits, vegetables
and poultry. Eating potatoes chips and junk food for the 6
meals won’t help.
Here is one
example of a sample 6 meal a day plan
Morning 8 am –
Egg sandwich with sausage and a glass of orange
juice
Morning 11am – 2 pieces of
biscuit with a cup of hot green tea
Afternoon 2pm – An apple, Seafood
salad and a cup of water
Later afternoon 4pm – Some cereal
with milk
Evening 6pm – Steam vegetables,
Chicken breast meat and a cup of water
Night 9pm – half cup of
blueberries
Notice that
every meal, the portion is quite small yet can last you for at
least 2 hour. On training days, do remember to increase the
portion with more protein food. Some of the healthy protein
foods are fish, pork, tuna and chicken breast etc. Plan your
tomorrow 6 meals now.
How to loss fat fast method #3 – Major muscles
Strength training Train your major muscles instead of the
smaller muscles for faster fat burning effect. When you
work on your major muscles, more energy is required for
muscles growth. Thus it increases your metabolism rate and
burn fats faster for you. The major muscles include your
upper legs, upper back and chest.
Doing weights
training that target on these muscles will requires more effort
thus helps to increase the fat burning process. Some of the
recommended weights training exercises that target these
muscles are dumbbell lunges, Barbell chest press, Lats pull
down and compound row. When doing strength training, make sure
that you are warm up before attempting on them. This is to
prevent injuries from happening. Hit the gym and do some major
muscle strength training now.
