How to get rid of love handle approach #2 – Adjust to a healthy diet
This approach is normally not done properly by most people. Having a healthy diet doesn’t means that you eat as little as possible. In fact, it means that you eat throughout the day. But the catch is, you eat less on each meal. You should target for around 6 small meals a day. Make sure that at any time of your day, you won’t feel hungry at all. Make it a habit to include fresh fruits and salad into your small meals. Like for example, one of your meals can just be an apple. I hope the message gets through you.

Food that you should try to avoid
Junk food like potato chips etc.
Fatty foods
Fried foods
Over cheesy stuff
Ice cream
Red meat

These are some of the main food that you should try to avoid. I am not saying that you should totally avoid all of them as this can be very torturing at first, but instead try to eat less. Like for me, I love turkey bacon burger from burger king. In order not to eat frequently, I will always limit myself for only two turkey bacon burger per month.
Having a healthy diet can be tough at the start, but once you know the importance of it, you will love it as much as I do.

How to get rid of love handle approach #3 – Strength and abs training
This approach will hasten the burning of your love handles even faster. However, most people do it the wrong way. When comes to how to get rid of love handles, majority of people will do a lot side abs exercises. Doing these exercises is important but in order to lose your love handles fast, you need to exercise on your majority muscles group.

Majority muscles group include your back, upper legs, chest and shoulders. By working on these major muscles, it further increases your resting metabolism rate which helps to burn more body fats. So in the end, your body fats will be reduce further and there goes your love handles.

- Dumbbell squat
- Lats pull down
- Upright Row
- Chest Press
- Overhead press

Doing those strength training exercises will helps to reduce your love handles, but in order for your oblique muscles to appear, you still need those side abs exercises.
